How far is the studio from Estero?
Our studio is on South Tamiami Trail in South Fort Myers. From Estero near Miromar Outlets, the drive is roughly 10 to 15 minutes north on US-41. Free parking is right out front.
How often should I get a body treatment?
For maintenance, every 4 to 6 weeks. If you spend a lot of time outdoors or in pools, every 3 weeks during peak season keeps the results consistent.
What is the difference between a body scrub and a body wrap?
A scrub exfoliates: it removes dead skin and surface buildup. A wrap hydrates: product is applied and you are wrapped to let it deeply absorb. Many clients alternate between the two month to month.
Do I have to be fully undressed?
You undress to your comfort level. Most clients keep underwear on. The treatment area is covered with sheets and only the section being worked on is exposed at any moment.
Can I bundle a body treatment with a facial?
Yes. Body treatment plus facial is currently 20% off. A popular choice for Estero clients who want both services in one visit.
What should I do after a body treatment?
For 24 hours: skip pools, hot tubs, sauna, and direct sun. Drink water. Apply the body product your esthetician recommends. After 24 hours you are clear to return to normal.
Do you offer massage as a stand-alone service?
Yes. Aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, prenatal massage, and focused back, neck, and shoulder massage are all available as stand-alone bookings.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes. Our prenatal massage is a gentle, side-lying session designed to be safe at any trimester. Let us know when booking so we can set up the room.
What makes hot stone massage different from a regular massage?
Heated basalt stones are used as an extension of the therapist's hands. The warmth penetrates muscle tissue two to three times deeper than hands alone. Deep-tissue results with much less soreness the next day.
What is an ionic foot detox?
Your feet soak in warm, salt-infused water with a small ionic generator. The current produces an ion-rich bath that draws impurities through the skin. Non-invasive, relaxing, and best paired with reflexology.
What is reflexology?
Reflexology applies targeted pressure to specific reflex points on the feet that correspond to organs and systems throughout the body. The Reflexology Deluxe includes a warm foot soak and full exfoliation treatment before the pressure work.
