You moisturize your face every night. You SPF before the beach. You exfoliate and serum and mask. And then you towel off and forget that the rest of you exists. By month three of summer, your shoulders feel sandpapery, your back has the breakouts you cannot reach, and your legs are dry under whatever lotion you grabbed in the morning.
Body treatments are the catch-up. A sugar scrub clears off the layer of dead skin and sunscreen residue that no shower will rinse. A hydrating wrap pushes moisture deeper than any drugstore lotion can. A back facial gets to the spots your hands cannot reach. Each one takes 60 to 90 minutes, mostly spent reclining in a quiet room.
"My favorite services are the HydraLuxx Facial and Eyelash Extensions, but the spa lounge is very clean, relaxing, and inviting." Martha Montemayor, multi-service client
If you have not had a body service before, start with the sugar scrub. It is the most universally loved treatment on the menu and the gateway to everything else.
See the Experience
The base of every body service, regardless of which one you book.
Quiet, private, dim, heated table. The kind of room you actually relax in, not a curtain in a shared space.
Your esthetician looks at your skin in good lighting, asks about sensitivities and recent sun, and adjusts the protocol on the spot.
The same line of body care used in our skincare routine. No drugstore lotion masquerading as spa product.
Between exfoliation and finishing layers, your skin is rinsed or steamed clean so the moisturizer that follows actually penetrates.
You leave moisturized in something that will keep working for hours, not something that absorbs in 4 minutes.
What to use at home, when to come back, and what to skip for 24 hours.
Every body service follows a similar rhythm. Here is what to expect.
You change into a robe in a private dressing area, fill out a brief intake about sensitivities and recent sun, and sip water while you wait.
Your esthetician begins with a gentle full-body cleanse using a warm towel. She checks for any concerns and confirms the protocol.
For a scrub: an even, full-body sugar exfoliation. For a wrap: hydrating product applied and wrapped. For a back facial: cleanse, exfoliate, extract.
Treatment products are rinsed off with warm towels or a steam reset, depending on the service. The bed stays warm throughout.
Body butter, oil, or moisturizer is applied with a light finishing massage so the skin absorbs everything.
You sit up slowly, sip more water, get your aftercare card, and rebook your next visit if you want.
"Clean, professional, cozy spa. My favorite services are the HydraLuxx Facial and Eyelash Extensions, but I love how every appointment feels."
"The atmosphere is always so warm, relaxing, and welcoming. Tatiana is truly a master at what she does. Such a joy to come here every time."
"Tatiana puts her heart and soul into her work. Her expertise is amazing and no one will be leaving unhappy. Truly cares for her work."
For maintenance, every 4 to 6 weeks. If you spend a lot of time in chlorine, salt water, or sun, you might bump that to every 3 weeks during peak season. The sugar scrub in particular pairs well with a regular facial routine.
A scrub exfoliates: it removes dead skin and surface buildup. A wrap hydrates: product is applied to the skin and you are wrapped to let it deeply absorb. Many clients book a scrub one month and a wrap the next for the best of both.
You undress to your comfort level. Most clients keep underwear on. The treatment area is covered with sheets and only the area being worked on is exposed at any moment.
Most of the time, yes, with consistency. Stubborn back acne usually responds best to a series of 3 to 6 back facials spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, paired with a body wash that has salicylic or mandelic acid. Deeper acne may need a dermatologist referral, which we will tell you honestly if we see it.
Yes, and it is one of our most popular packages. Body Scrub plus Facial is currently 20% off as a current promotion. You also save by saving the trip and getting both services in one visit.
For 24 hours: skip pools, hot tubs, sauna, and direct sun. Avoid exfoliating again or applying retinol on the same areas. Drink water. Apply the body product your esthetician recommends. After 24 hours, you are clear to return to normal.
We offer focused back, neck, and shoulder relaxation massage as an add-on or short stand-alone service. We do not offer deep tissue or full-body massage; for those services, we will refer you to a licensed massage therapist nearby.
