How far is the studio from Cape Coral?
Our studio is on South Tamiami Trail in South Fort Myers. From Cape Coral South near Del Prado, the drive is roughly 20 to 25 minutes via the Cape Coral Bridge. Free parking is available right out front.
How often should I get a body treatment?
For maintenance, every 4 to 6 weeks. Cape Coral clients who spend a lot of time on the water or in pools often bump that to every 3 weeks during peak season.
What is the difference between a body scrub and a body wrap?
A scrub exfoliates: it removes dead skin and surface buildup. A wrap hydrates: product is applied and you are wrapped to let it deeply absorb. Many clients alternate: scrub one month, wrap the next.
Do I have to be fully undressed?
You undress to your comfort level. Most clients keep underwear on. The treatment area is covered with sheets and only the section being worked on is exposed at any moment.
Can I bundle a body treatment with a facial?
Yes. Body treatment plus facial is currently 20% off. You save on price and save the trip by combining both services into one appointment.
What should I do after a body treatment?
For 24 hours: skip pools, hot tubs, sauna, and direct sun. Drink water. Apply the body product your esthetician recommends. After 24 hours you are clear to return to normal.
Do you offer massage as a stand-alone service?
Yes. We offer aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, prenatal massage, and focused back, neck, and shoulder massage as stand-alone services.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes. Our prenatal massage is a gentle, side-lying session designed to be safe at any trimester. Let us know when booking so we can prepare the room properly.
What is the difference between a regular massage and a hot stone massage?
Heated basalt stones are used as an extension of the therapist's hands. The warmth penetrates muscle tissue two to three times deeper than hands alone can reach. Deep-tissue results with much less soreness the next day.
What is an ionic foot detox?
Your feet soak in warm, salt-infused water with a small ionic generator. The current produces an ion-rich bath that draws impurities through the skin of the feet. Non-invasive, relaxing, and best paired with reflexology.
What is reflexology?
