General

Where is Faciallash Lounge located?

Faciallash Lounge is at 19451 S Tamiami Trail, Suite 11, Fort Myers, FL 33908. We sit just south of the Bell Tower Shops with easy parking right outside the studio.

We serve clients across Lee County, including Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Sanibel, and Naples. See our full service area for the city list.

What are your studio hours?

We are open 7 days a week. Weekday hours run 9 AM to roughly 5:30 PM, with later starts on Mondays and Saturdays. Sunday hours are shorter. Our most up-to-date hours are listed in the footer of every page on this site.

Holiday hours can shift. If you are coming on a holiday weekend, call ahead at (239) 224-0057 to confirm.

Do you serve clients outside Fort Myers?

Yes. We regularly see clients from Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers Beach, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, San Carlos Park, Gateway, Miromar Lakes, Sanibel, Captiva, and Naples.

The studio is right on Tamiami Trail (US-41), so the drive from anywhere in Lee County is straightforward, and Naples clients can be here in about 25 minutes.

Do you take walk-ins?

We take walk-ins only when an artist has an open slot, which is rare on weekends. Booking ahead is the only way to guarantee a time. If you are already nearby, call (239) 224-0057 to ask about today's availability.

Booking & Pricing

How do I book an appointment?

Book online through our GlossGenius booking page, which shows live availability and lets you pick your artist. You can also call (239) 224-0057 during studio hours.

New clients are encouraged to book online so they can read service descriptions and timing before choosing.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes. New lash, brow, facial, and waxing clients are welcome every week. We recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks ahead for weekend slots, since those fill first. Weekday mornings and early afternoons usually have same-week openings.

Do I need a deposit to book?

First-time clients book without a deposit. A 20% deposit is only required to rebook if you no-show or cancel last minute on a previous appointment.

This protects your artist's time, since lash and facial slots cannot be filled on short notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows trigger a 20% deposit on your next booking.

Life happens, so call us as soon as you know and we will do our best to move you to another opening. Full details are on our cancellation policy page.

How much do lash extensions cost?

Full sets start at $100 for the 0.5D Light Classic, with hybrid, volume, and mega volume priced higher based on time and product. Fills run $45 to $120 depending on the set type and how often you come in.

See full pricing for every service and artist level on our online booking page.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Digital gift cards are available in any amount and can be sent by email instantly. They never expire and can be used for any service or product.

Order them at faciallash.glossgenius.com/shop/gift-cards.

Lash Extensions

How long do lash extensions last?

A full set of lash extensions lasts the full life cycle of your natural lashes, which is 6 to 8 weeks. To keep them looking full, most clients come in for a fill every 2 to 3 weeks.

The cleaner you keep them, the longer they last between fills.

What is the difference between classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume?

Classic lashes apply one extension to one natural lash for a defined, mascara-like look. Hybrid mixes classic and volume fans for texture and a wispy finish.

Volume uses lightweight fans of 3 to 6 lashes for fullness. Mega volume uses fans of 8 or more ultra-fine lashes for a dramatic, statement look.

How long does a full set of lash extensions take?

A classic full set takes about 90 minutes. Hybrid sets run 1.5 to 2 hours, volume sets run 2 to 2.5 hours, and mega volume can take up to 3 hours.

We block enough time so the work is never rushed. Rushed lashes are the main reason extensions look uneven or fall out fast.

Will lash extensions ruin my natural lashes?

When applied correctly, no. Each extension is bonded to one natural lash with medical-grade adhesive and weighted to match the strength of your lash.

Damage almost always comes from heavy lashes applied to lashes that cannot support them, or from picking and pulling. We size every set to your natural lashes.

Are lash extensions safe for sensitive eyes or contact lens wearers?

Yes for most clients. We use sensitive adhesives on request and take care to protect the lower lash line during application.

If you have had reactions to glue in the past, let us know at booking and we will do a small patch test before your full appointment.

How do I prepare for my lash appointment?

Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Avoid caffeine right before, since it can cause flutter that slows the work. Take out contact lenses if you wear them.

Plan to lie still for the full appointment, so use the bathroom first and silence your phone.

Lash Lift

What is a lash lift and how is it different from extensions?

A lash lift is a semi-permanent curl applied to your natural lashes, similar to a perm. There are no extensions added. The result lifts your lashes from the root for 6 to 8 weeks, paired with a tint for definition.

It is the lowest maintenance option and great for clients who do not want daily upkeep.

How long does a lash lift last?

A lash lift with tint lasts 6 to 8 weeks, which matches the natural growth cycle of your lashes. As old lashes shed and new ones grow in, the lift fades gradually.

You can repeat the service every 6 to 8 weeks safely.

Can I wear mascara with a lash lift or extensions?

With a lash lift, yes. With lash extensions, we recommend skipping mascara because it shortens the life of your set and can damage the bonds.

If you really want extra drama with extensions, ask us about an extension-safe mascara during your appointment.

Brows

What is brow lamination?

Brow lamination is a treatment that softens the brow hairs so they can be brushed up and set into a fluffy, fuller-looking shape. It corrects unruly brows, fills gaps visually, and lasts about 6 weeks.

We pair it with a tint for richer color and a clean-up wax to define the shape.

How often can I get my brows laminated?

Every 6 to 8 weeks. The brow hairs need time to recover between treatments, so we will not laminate sooner even if the look has faded. In the meantime, a tint or wax-only appointment keeps the shape clean.

Facials & Skin Care

How often should I get a facial?

Once every 4 to 6 weeks for most skin types, since that matches your skin's natural cell turnover cycle.

Acne-prone skin may benefit from a 3-week cadence early on, then space out as it clears. Mature skin sees the best results with monthly facials paired with a strong home routine.

Which facial is right for my skin?

Every facial starts with a quick skin consultation. We choose the treatment based on your goals, whether that is hydration, anti-aging, acne control, sensitivity, or a brighter complexion.

Just tell us what is happening with your skin and we will pick the right facial, peel, or dermaplaning add-on.

What should I do before my first facial?

Come with clean skin if possible, but do not stress if you are running from work. Avoid retinoids and exfoliating acids for 3 days before a chemical peel.

Skip waxing and shaving the area for 48 hours, and let us know about any new prescriptions or skin conditions.

Can I wear makeup after a facial?

We ask you to skip makeup for the rest of the day, since your pores are open and your skin is absorbing the active ingredients.

By the next morning you can apply makeup as usual. Mineral or breathable formulas are ideal for the first day.

Do you offer chemical peels?

Yes. We offer light to medium-depth peels using professional formulas tailored to your skin. Light peels have no real downtime. Medium peels can flake for 3 to 5 days.

We always do a consultation first so you know what to expect and how to prep.

Aftercare

How should I wash my lashes after extensions?

Wash daily, starting 24 hours after your appointment. Use a lash-safe foaming cleanser and a soft brush, gently working through the lashes.

Skipping washes is the number one reason extensions look patchy or shed early, since oil and makeup break down the adhesive.

Can I get my lashes wet?

Yes, after the first 24 hours. Beyond that, daily showering, swimming, and sweating are fine.

Avoid hot steam directly on the lashes for the first 48 hours, which means no hot saunas or steam rooms during that window. After that you are good to go.

What products should I avoid with lash extensions?

Skip oil-based cleansers, makeup removers, and heavy moisturizers near the eye area, since oil dissolves the adhesive. Also avoid waterproof mascara, mechanical curlers, and cotton pads that snag the lashes.

We will send you home with a list of safe products at your first appointment.

What if I have a reaction or a lash falls out early?

Call us within 48 hours. Most early shedding is from oil exposure or sleep position and can be fixed with a quick touch-up. True allergic reactions are rare but treatable, and we will book you for a complimentary removal if needed.
