Cancellation policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hour notice.
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hour in advance will invoke a cancellation fee (deposit fee).
For anyone who does no show, or cancel their appointment last minute, a 50% deposit will be required in order to make a future appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice rescheduling can be difficult, accomadations for clients with regimented services miss the opportunity to for timely service appointments.

Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy, I’ll call or text to confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. Leave a return message or text with any scheduling issues. Please understand that it is your responsibility to keep your appointment dates and times and to avoid late arrivals. Missed appointments will require a cancellation fee and late arrivals will be subject to an extended service fees.
Guest Policy
We have scheduled time first for you to enjoy.
No children or other people are allowed at your appointment.
Refund Policy
Our intent is for each customer’s satisfaction. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
- Services received cannot be refunded!
We will gladly adjust any service you receive within Three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your lashes or brows can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service or the owner, at no additional charge to you. - Refunds for product will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
- No refunds are given for gift card orders.
