Step by Step

Six steps from booked to finished

2 minutes · the night before

Book online or by phone

Pick your service on the booking page and choose a time that works for you. New clients see all openings in real time and can pay deposits right there. Prefer to talk it through? Call (239) 224-0057 and we'll match you with the right artist.

Tip: First-time lash clients should book a Full Set, not a Fill. Fills are for clients who already have extensions in place.

Arrive at the studio

We're at 19451 S Tamiami Trl, Suite 11, in South Fort Myers. Free parking right out front. Come with a clean face: no eye makeup, no mascara, no oil-based moisturizer. The studio is small and quiet on purpose, so you'll be greeted at the door and shown straight to your room.

Tip: Skip the caffeine if you're getting lashes. Caffeine causes flutter, which makes precise application harder.

5 to 10 minutes

Consultation with your artist

Your lash artist or esthetician sits down with you before any work starts. They'll look at your eye shape, natural lashes, skin type, or whatever applies to your service. They'll ask what you want, show you a few options, and confirm the style before they begin. If you're not sure what you want, they'll guide you, no pressure.

Tip: Bring a photo of a look you like. It's the fastest way to communicate the style without describing it.

45 minutes to 2.5 hours

Your service

You lie back on a heated bed. Eyes closed if it's lashes or facials. Soft music, dim light, no chatter unless you want some. Most clients fall asleep, that's the goal. Your artist works in silence and focus, checking in only if they need to confirm something.

Tip: Use the bathroom before. Once we start, you'll want to stay still until the end.

Aftercare walkthrough

Before you leave, your artist hands you a mirror and walks you through how to care for your service at home. What to avoid for 24 hours, how to clean lashes, when to come back for a fill or follow-up, and what's normal versus what to call us about. You leave with a printed card and a text reminder of the highlights.

Tip: Read the full aftercare page the day before your appointment so nothing surprises you.
6
2 to 4 weeks later

Book your follow-up

Lash extensions need a fill every 2 to 3 weeks. Lash lifts and brow lams last 6 to 8 weeks. Facials are typically every 4 to 6 weeks. We text you a friendly reminder when you're due, and you can rebook in two taps. Most clients lock in a standing appointment after their second visit so they always have a chair waiting.

What's Different Here

Three things first-timers notice right away

No double bookings

One client per artist at a time. We don't squeeze you in between two other appointments. You get the full time you booked.

Custom every time

Eye shape, lash health, lifestyle. Your style isn't a menu item, it's a conversation. We adjust on the chair if something isn't working.

Hospital-grade clean

Tools autoclaved between every client. Single-use applicators. Linens swapped between every appointment. You'll see it the second you walk in.
