If you're not happy, we fix it

Every appointment is custom and every artist is trained in-house. We don't push you out the door if something isn't right.

If your lashes shed early, your lift didn't take, or your facial reaction wasn't what you expected, call within 7 days. We'll have you back in for a complimentary touch-up or a different solution.

Lost more than 5 lashes in the first week? Call us, we'll add them in at no charge.

If your natural lashes can't safely hold the style you want, we'll tell you upfront and offer the closest healthy alternative.

Aftercare · Lash Extensions

Lash extensions: the first 24 hours decide everything

The adhesive cures fully in the first 24 hours. What you do during that window controls how long your set lasts. New to extensions? Read about our lash extension styles or what to do before your first appointment.

Keep them dry for 24 hours. No water on your eyes, no steam, no sweating.

Sleep on your back the first night. Pressing your face into a pillow bends the extensions before the glue sets.

Cleanse daily after 24 hours. Use the foam cleanser we sell at the studio, or any oil-free lash shampoo. Dirty lashes shed faster.

Brush gently every morning. Use the spoolie we send home with you. Brush from base to tip.

DON'T

No oil-based products near your eyes. Cleansers, sunscreen, makeup remover. Oil dissolves the adhesive.

DON'T

No mascara, no curlers, no mechanical curlers. Extensions are already curled and full. Mascara mats them and curlers snap them.

DON'T

Don't pick or pull. If one is bothering you, text us, we'll remove it safely.

Come back: Every 2 to 3 weeks for a fill. After 4+ weeks you'll need a new full set.

Aftercare · Lash Lift & Tint

Lash lift: 24 hours of patience, 8 weeks of payoff

The lifting solution needs a full day to lock in the curl. Get the first 24 hours right and your lashes stay lifted for 6 to 8 weeks with zero daily effort. Considering a lift instead? Compare our lash lift & tint service or read lash lift vs extensions.

Keep them dry for 24 hours. No water, no steam, no tears, no humid yoga class.

Brush them up every morning. A 5-second brush keeps the curl uniform.

Apply lash serum at night. A castor oil or peptide serum after 24 hours nourishes the lashes between lifts.

DON'T

No mascara for 24 hours. After that, water-based mascara only. Waterproof formulas are too harsh.

DON'T

Don't sleep face-down the first night. Same reason as extensions, pressure flattens the curl.

DON'T

No saunas or hot yoga for 48 hours. Heat and steam can relax the curl before it sets.

Come back: Every 6 to 8 weeks. We'll re-lift and re-tint in one appointment.

Brow lamination aftercare, Faciallash Lounge

Aftercare · Brow Lamination & Tint

Brows: 24 hours dry, then on autopilot

Brow lamination softens the brow hairs so they sit exactly where you brushed them. The setting solution needs the same 24-hour cure window as lashes. See our brow lamination service or read how brow lamination works.

Keep brows dry for 24 hours. No water, sweat, or steam on the brow area.

Brush them up daily. A spoolie in the morning sets the shape for the rest of the day.

Use brow serum after 48 hours. Castor oil or growth serum keeps the hairs healthy and conditioned.

DON'T

No exfoliants on the brow area for 1 week. Glycolic, retinol, and physical scrubs strip the tint.

DON'T

Don't pluck or wax for 1 week. Let the lamination settle before reshaping.

Come back: Every 6 weeks for a fresh lamination, every 3 to 4 weeks for tint refresh only.

Aftercare · Facials & HydraFacial

Facials: protect the glow you just paid for

Your skin is freshly exfoliated, hydrated, and at its most receptive after a facial. The next 48 hours are when active ingredients sink in deepest, and when your skin is most sensitive. Browse our facial menu or learn how to keep your glow in the Florida heat.

Wear SPF 30+ every day. Non-negotiable after any facial. Reapply every 2 hours outdoors.

Drink water. Boring advice, real result. Hydrated skin holds the facial benefits longer.

Use the products we recommend at home. Your esthetician picks based on what your skin needs, not what we want to sell.

DON'T

No retinol or strong actives for 48 hours. Skin barrier needs to reset before adding more chemistry.

DON'T

No makeup for 12 hours if possible. Let your pores breathe and the products absorb.

DON'T

No saunas, hot yoga, or chlorinated pools for 24 hours. Open pores plus heat or chlorine equals breakouts.

Come back: Every 4 to 6 weeks for HydraFacial, every 6 to 8 weeks for custom facials.
