Your mentorship begins with a personalized training session focused on your challenges and areas for improvement. We'll review:
Practice on up to 10 models that you bring to our Fort Myers lash studio. You'll work on different lash extension styles while receiving individual feedback, corrections, and practical tips.
This hands-on experience helps you build confidence, improve precision, and become more comfortable working with real clients.
Throughout the 3-week mentorship, you'll also have opportunities to observe professional lash appointments at Faciallash Lounge. See how we perform client consultations, choose lash styles, work efficiently, and create a comfortable experience for every client.

We'll focus on the areas where you need the most improvement, including Classic, Hybrid, and Russian Volume techniques, proper isolation, handmade volume fans, lash placement, mapping, styling, retention, and application speed.
Yes. You'll need to arrange up to 10 models during your 3-week training. You'll practice different lash extension styles at Faciallash Lounge while receiving personalized feedback and guidance.
Absolutely! Your program begins with a private training session where we'll discuss your challenges and review techniques. Throughout your model practice, Tatiana will provide hands-on guidance, corrections, and practical tips.
Yes! During your mentorship, you'll have opportunities to visit our spa, observe professional lash appointments with client permission, ask questions, and learn how we work with clients in a real salon environment.
Yes. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll receive a Certificate of Completion from Faciallash Lounge.
The tuition is $1,000 for the full 3-week program, including your private training session, guided model practice, and opportunities to observe professional lash appointments.
