Pick your set (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, or Mega Volume), your artist, and your time slot through GlossGenius. New clients book a Full Set; returning clients book a Fill at 2 to 3 weeks.
Your artist looks at your eye shape, asks about your daily routine, and confirms the look you want. Bring a reference photo if you have one.
You lie back, your eyes are gently taped down, lashes are cleansed, and a custom map is drawn so the longer and shorter lengths land in the right spots for your face.
Your artist isolates one natural lash at a time and applies the right extension or fan. The room is calm, the music is soft, and the lighting is dim. You can sleep, podcast, or stay in your own head.
The set is brushed, the adhesive is set with a fan, and your eyes are gently opened. You sit up, look in a hand mirror, and confirm the look feels right before you leave.
You leave with a small care kit and a fill recommendation (usually 2 to 3 weeks for Classic, 3 weeks for Volume). Most clients book their next fill before they leave the studio.

With proper care, you can expect 3 to 5 weeks of wear. Florida humidity actually helps with adhesive cure, but heavy sweat (Pilates classes, beach days) can shorten retention. Most of our clients book a fill every 2 to 3 weeks to keep the set looking full.
Full sets start at $100 for a Light Classic. Classic Full Sets are $140, Hybrid Full Sets are $170, Volume Full Sets are $200, and Volume Glam is $220. Anime-Style is $180. Brown lash sets are the same price as their standard counterparts. Refills are priced by set type and how long since your last appointment: Classic refills run $65 to $85, Hybrid $75 to $95, and Volume $85 to $110. When applied lash by lash with medical-grade adhesive (the way we apply them), no. Damage happens with cluster lashes, glue applied to the skin, or extensions that are too heavy for the natural lash. We weigh the natural lash and pick a length and diameter it can support. Many of our clients have worn extensions continuously for 4 plus years with healthy lashes underneath.
Classic is the most natural, like nicely tinted mascara. Hybrid adds wispy fans for texture. Volume gives soft, fluffy fullness. Mega Volume is statement-level density. If you are not sure, book a Hybrid Full Set: it is the most flattering on the widest range of eye shapes and looks great on first-timers.
You do not need to, and you should not on the extensions themselves (it ruins retention). If you really want extra drama on a special night, use a water-based mascara designed for extensions, applied to the tips only. Better option: book a denser set so you skip mascara entirely.
Arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, no eye makeup), no caffeine 2 hours before (it makes your eyes flutter), and contacts removed if possible. Wear something comfortable and skip oil-based skin products around the eyes that day.
Yes. We use low-fume sensitive adhesive on request and can patch test before the full appointment. Tell your artist when you book. Many of our long-term clients have allergy-prone or sensitive eyes and tolerate the work without issue.
Three rules: clean them daily with a lash cleanser, brush them with the spoolie we send home, and never sleep face-down on a cotton pillowcase (silk is better). Avoid oil cleansers around the eye and skip waterproof eye makeup. Do those four things and you will get the full 3 to 5 weeks of wear.
