Faciallash Lounge is a lash and spa studio located at 19451 S Tamiami Trl Suite 11, Fort Myers, FL 33908. We serve clients in Florida only. This policy explains what information we collect on our website, how we use it, and the third-party tools we rely on to keep things running.
When you submit a contact form or request a callback, we collect the information you give us. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and any message you write to us. We also automatically log basic technical information about your visit, like the page you came from and the page you submitted from, so we can follow up in context.
If you click a phone number on the site, we record the click event so we know which pages drive calls. We do not record the conversation itself and we do not store the content of any voice call placed through the site.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing companies. The only people who see your information are the Faciallash Lounge team and the technical services listed below that help us run the site.
Appointments and gift cards are booked through GlossGenius, a third-party booking platform. When you book through the link on our site, GlossGenius collects the information needed to schedule and process payment. Their handling of that information is governed by GlossGenius privacy terms, not ours.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how many visitors come to the site, which pages they read, and how long they stay. We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymous session activity (scrolls, clicks, rage clicks) so we can identify pages that confuse visitors and fix them. Both tools collect this information automatically when you load any page on this site.
Lead and form submissions are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request and provide service history. Analytics data is kept according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing the address below.
Our services and our website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your information is stored on secure hosted services. We use HTTPS site-wide so submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you give us.
