Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hour notice.
For anyone who does not show, or cancels their appointment last minute, a 20% deposit will be required in order to make a future appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, rescheduling can be difficult. Accommodations for clients with regimented services miss the opportunity for timely service appointments.
